Who we are
Sprigg Co is the discreet partnership and capital-formation house for operators and institutions building durable infrastructure across connectivity, healthcare, technology, and private communities.
It works quietly, by introduction, and for the long term, across the UK, EU, Asia, Africa, and the USA. Engagements are limited to equity partnerships, revenue-share arrangements, board and advisory roles, selective mandates, and high-value project work. No small engagements.

Nick Sprigg
Nick has built and scaled commercial operations across luxury, telecommunications, and financial facilities. He took a luxury jewellery business to global scale and established Bonhams' presence in the EU from Spain. He structures partnerships and capital facilities across MVNO, eSIM, and connectivity infrastructure, including solutions for money and data lending. He founded Club 139, a private members' club for serious watch collectors in partnership with 67 Pall Mall. Based in the UK with active work across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
Naomi Sprigg
Naomi has built her career across healthcare and technology, with deep experience in enterprise-scale partnerships, relationship management, and operational delivery. She owns the systems that move opportunities from introduction through contract, compliance, onboarding, and execution at scale. Based in South Africa; works across the full network.
Joshua Sprigg
Joshua has founded and scaled businesses since his early twenties, generating more than £150 million in his career as a founder. He previously built and scaled a healthcare staffing business (Enferm) to significant revenue and national frameworks. He is Founding Partner of O, a capital-backed buy-build-and-hold group focused on healthcare and longevity and led by frontier technology and AI. He structures platforms, capital, and operating partnerships that compound over long horizons.
